@jiggyjayy2 As an employer, I am more than happy to reduce the working week to four days IF any of my employees ask. If they feel that gives them a better work/life balance, then who am I to stop that? They’ll only get the four days wages though.

@dave__whiteside Agree. Every large organization thinks saying “we support work-life balance” is all they need to do, but when it comes down to brass tacks you they don’t want to make the investments and organizational changes required to reduce workload. Garbage in is garbage out.
